Booking Enquiries
All bookings made through the website are subject to availability and confirmation by Axis Property Partners.
Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee a reservation until written confirmation has been provided.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings may require a deposit or full payment in advance depending on the length of stay and booking dates.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests permitted at the property must not be exceeded unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Treat the property respectfully
- Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours
- Leave the property in a clean and tidy condition
- Report any damage or issues promptly
Guests may be held responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
No Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property.
Parties & Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Pets
Pets are only permitted if agreed in advance.
Parking
Free off-road parking is provided where stated. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Axis Property Partners reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, including property maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen events.
In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded in full.
Liability
Axis Property Partners accepts no responsibility for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injury or accidents occurring during a guest’s stay unless caused by negligence
- Temporary interruptions to utilities, internet, or services outside our control
Right to Refuse Bookings
Axis Property Partners reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary, including breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
